Warranty:
Shearer Fabrications offers a limited warranty on all Shearer Fabrications manufactured products to the original purchaser. All production "thick wall" tubular manifolds will carry a limited lifetime warranty on material and workmanship. Exhaust systems carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase, with the exception of catalytic converters which DO NOT carry a warranty. Shearer Fabrications, at our discretion, will replace or repair products with defective materials or workmanship. Any discoloration of exhaust headers or any part of the exhaust system is not covered under warranty. Warranty of exhaust coatings is the responsibility of the coater and/or the customer. Check fitment of all parts prior to coating, Shearer fabrications will not be responsible for recoating of any headers due to fitment issues.
The implied warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product and will be void if sold secondhand. All warranty claims must provide a proof of sale or invoice to be accepted, if purchased through one of our authorized dealers the original claim must be initiated through them. Shipping warranty claims to Shearer Fabrications, or an authorized dealer, will be the responsibility of the customer. Prior to shipping contacting Shearer Fabrications or the dealer the product was purchased through is required. Prior written permission or a Return Goods Authorization number must be provided with all warranty claims.
Shearer Fabrications product will also be void if…
The product has been installed on a vehicle other than which it has been attended.
Has been installed improperly or has been abused by the owner.
Has been wrapped with any sort of thermal cloth.
Has been modified in any way from which the product was purchased, has been used for racing, or off road purposes.
Terms of Payment:
All accounts balances are due prior to shipping. Payment is accepted via Money Order, Cash in Advance, Visa, or Mastercard.
Cancellation of Order:
Any order which is canelled more than 72 hours after placing the order will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
Custom Orders:
All custom orders will require 50% non-refundable pre-payment. Custom work is not returnable, and it is solely the customers responsibility to ensure the accuracy of drawings, or exact specification of what is desired by the customer.
Shipping:
We typically ship UPS ground and can ship via any other UPS service upon request. All shipping prices are FOB Cleveland, Ohio. Shipping costs on returns, whether defective or not, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns:
Prior to returning a product a returned goods authorization number (RGA) must be issued. No returns will be accepted without RGA numbers. All returns that are not defective are subject to a 15% restock fee and shipping expenses.
